A family tradition that started in Clifton in 1960, now an Italian bakery and caffè on Route 23 in Wayne and a pastry lab in Little Falls.
Remo and Giulia Palazzone opened their first pastry shop in Clifton in 1960, then returned to Italy to raise their four children. In 2012 their son Giancarlo brought that tradition back, opening Palazzone 1960.
Giancarlo was named among the best pastry chefs in the world by Iginio Massari in 2024.
